Mallard Press is uniquely equipped with the KBA Waterless UV Press.  This press is one of the most versatile presses in the world, with the capability to produce short-run jobs with very little waste, based on the principle of dry-on waterless UV printing.  It has the very unique capability to print on a wide variety of stocks including paper, plastics and foil, up to 30 point.  It guarantees short set-up times and brilliant offset quality. 

Our digital print department gives customers the ability to produce short print runs at an economical cost.  With the addition of variable imaging technology, text, graphics and images can be changed from one printed piece to the next, providing the ability to personalize messages, along with name and address.
